My grandmother was on vacation in Italy and a doctor prescribes a drug in her (I do not know the name).
She was bleeding and was afraid of having a disease. After 3 days, and again in Illinois, went to her doctor visit. The doctor said that was the reason for bleeding and spotting is the medicine the doctor prescribed him in Italy.
I want to make an appointment with your doc and tell him about your concerns. You might get a few tests to make sure there is nothing wrong.
