Hello, I'm a vegetarian for 9 years and recently a vegan. Now I know that because of the lifestyle changes that I lot of nutrients that are readily available earlier (ie, calcium, etc. If absent.) Anyone recommend a good multi-vitamin vegan -? Thank you very much!
